Beta

Your donors, volunteers and supporters, in one place.

Fundraising, volunteering, events and email on one platform, so every supporter has one profile.

OrganizeOS is in beta. Organizations join by application, and we review each one before it goes live. Joining as a member? Create your account.

Your most loyal volunteer is also a monthly donor. Now you can see that, and thank them for both.

What it does for you.

  • Know your supporters.

Gifts, volunteer shifts, event check-ins and email history on the same profile. See who gives, who shows up and who does both.

  • Raise money.

Donation pages and recurring gifts that land on the donor’s profile.

  • Run volunteers and events.

Shifts, hours, RSVPs and check-in, without a separate tool for each.

Gifts, shifts and RSVPs land on the same profile, so you can thank people for everything they do.

Straight answers.

Do we need members to use OrganizeOS?

No. Nonprofits, advocacy groups and local campaigns without members can run their supporters, donors and volunteers on OrganizeOS. Membership and dues are there for the organizations that have members.

Can we bring our donor data?

Yes. Import members, donors, volunteers and history from another CRM, a list tool or spreadsheets. You don’t rebuild to switch.

Do you handle recurring gifts?

Yes. Donation pages take one-time and recurring gifts, and every gift lands on the donor’s profile. Donations are in beta while we finish them.

Can any organization join?

OrganizeOS is in beta, so organizations join by application. We review each organization before its public pages and payments go live. Tools still being finished are marked Beta, and tools on the way are marked Coming soon.

Bring your supporters in.

Start with the people you already have. Everything else builds from there.
