Switch without starting over.
Bring your members, donors and volunteers in from another CRM, a list tool or a spreadsheet, then invite your members from the same list.
Three steps.
Export your list.
Download a CSV from the tool you use now, with a header row and each person once.
Import and map it.
Match your columns to OrganizeOS fields and check a preview before anything changes. People already here are updated, not added twice.
Invite your members.
Send invitations one at a time or from the same spreadsheet. Each member joins with one account they use for every organization.
What comes across.
- Names, email addresses and phone numbers.
- Tags, created for you if you don’t have them yet.
- Pipeline stages, by name.
- Anything else, into your own custom fields.
- Anyone deleted in the last 30 days, restored rather than added twice.
Your member list arrives as contacts. Importing invites nobody: members join when they accept an invitation. How importing works
Take it with you.
Your data is yours. Contacts, members, events, RSVPs, walk lists and donations each download as a CSV from the page that holds them.
What each export holdsStraight answers.
Will importing create duplicates?
No. Each row is matched to the people already in your organization by email and updated in place. Everyone else is added with a new profile.
Does importing invite our members?
No. Importing adds people to your contacts and notifies nobody. When you are ready, invite your members one at a time or from a spreadsheet.
Can we take our data with us?
Yes. Your data is yours: clean export, no lock-in.
Can any organization join?
OrganizeOS is in beta, so organizations join by application. We review each organization before its public pages and payments go live. Tools still being finished are marked Beta, and tools on the way are marked Coming soon.
Bring your people in.
Start with the people you already have. Everything else builds from there.
